If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Products should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. Some banks may take longer.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item if:

• You received the incorrect item.
• The item is damaged or defective.
• The wrong color or size was sent.

Exchange Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
• Products should be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Return & Exchange Procedure

1. Contact us at info@miamijackets.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide details of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
3. We will send you the return shipping address.
4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method.
5. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

• Items that were ordered in the correct size but don’t fit. You can reorder at a discounted price.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.

• Free Shipping: Available for the US, UK, CA, AUS
• Flat Rate of $25: Applies to all other countries.

5. Billing Information

You must provide accurate and complete billing information.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to the following fees:

• • More than 24 hours after order placement: 25% cancellation fee
  • 4 days or more after order placement: 50% cancellation fee
  • Once the order has shipped: Cancellation is no longer possible.
